World Barley Production 2019/2020

March 2020

This month the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) estimates that the World Barley Production 2019/2020 will be 155.67 million metric tons, around 0.45 million tons less than previous month's projection.

Barley Production last year (*) was 138.76 million tons. This year's 155.67 estimated millions tons could represent an increase of 16.91 million tons or 12.18% in barley production around the globe.
